All payments are to be made through Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or by USPS Money Order. Personal checks not accepted.  For a Florida shipping address, add 6.0% sales tax.  Tax applies to subtotal.

Shipping and Handling Fees are $5.00 for each item. Handling fees for this item INCLUDES DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Shipping is made via US Postal Service first-class mail.  Estimated delivery 7-14 business days after seller receives cleared payment.  Seller is not responsible for shipping service transmit times.  We do not ship overseas or outside of the 50 States.
